BJP demands probe into bomb attack

<div class="section0"><div class="Normal"><span style="" font-size:="">LUCKNOW: Condemning the bomb attack on former minister Sheema Rizvi''s residence, the BJP on Monday demanded a high-level probe and immediate arrest of those behind the attack. </span><br /><br /><span style="" font-size:="">On learning about the bomb explosion, party state incharge Kalyan Singh and party state president Keshari Nath Tripathi rushed to Rizvi''s residence.Party state vice-president HN Dixit alleged that despite repeated requests that she was receivig life threats, the former minister was not provided with any security at her residence.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-size:="">It was the second incident of attack by hurling bombs on BJP leaders. Earlier, bombs were hurled at the compartment of former party state president Vinay Katiyar when he was returning from Bangalore.</span><br /><br /><span style="" font-size:="">Instead of providing security cover and arresting those who hurled bomb, the district police was out to prove it was a case of cracker explosion, charged Dixit demanding a high-level probe into the incident. </span></div> </div>
